Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. Accounts are optional and you can checkout as a "Guest" -- Creating an account will allow you to save time at checkout by logging into your account. This will pre-fill your address information at the checkout. Also, you will be able to manage your account, view order history and order status.
What should I do If I forgot my password?
It's easy to reset your password. Just click on "forgot your password?" on the account login screen, enter your e-mail and we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.

Approximately how long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually sent out in 1-2 business days. It will take 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipping and 7 to 21 business days for international shipping. See Shipping Information

Yes, tracking is available for domestic shipping, however, tracking may not be available for international shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) may not be able to guarantee delivery to particular countries as certain rules and restrictions apply. See Shipping Information

What is this store's return policy?
We offer a 7 day return policy from the date the item(s) has been marked as received for U.S. domestic purchases. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We ship all domestic exchanges to you for free! Returns and exchanges are accepted for ties only. To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date and with their original packaging in order to be accepted. We will not accept returns that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note that worn items are not returnable items. Credit for your return will be issued back onto the credit card that you used. Naturally, we do not refund for any shipping charges.
