How often do you add new designs?
We attempt to add new designs every season and constantly restock past designs that sell out quickly after their original release.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. Accounts are optional and you can checkout as a "Guest" -- Creating an account will allow you to save time at checkout by logging into your account. This will pre-fill your address information at the checkout. Also, you will be able to manage your account, view order history and order status.
What should I do If I forgot my password?
It's easy to reset your password. Just click on "Forgot your password?" on the account login screen, enter your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available. See Shipping
Approximately how long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually sent out within 1-2 business days. It will take 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipping and 7 to 21 business days for international shipping. See Shipping
How will I know that my order is being processed?
You will receive a order confirmation email or SMS from us once you've completed your order. You will receive status updates via email or SMS as your order is being processed and delivered by United States Postal Services (USPS).
Is tracking available?
Yes, tracking is available for domestic shipping, however, tracking may not be available for international shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) may not be able to guarantee delivery to particular countries as certain rules and restrictions apply. See Shipping
